Bristol Community College (BCC) Nursing 2020

Hello everyone! I am creating this forum in hopes to connect with other pre-nursing students who will be applying into BCC's program for Fall of 2020! What are your grades and TEAS scores? Also, current/former students, do you have any advice or insight on the program?

The pre-requisites list states you need high school Chem and algebra within 5 years, so If you had to take algebra and chem for that reason then yes it counts toward your GPA to apply. If you took a higher math class They will take the higher grade. I took statistics and my adviser said they will take either my algebra or statistics grade.

Are you taking Stats or 119S?

It's Stats, and it says Math 119. LOL

OK cause if it was 119s they would only take that grade. That's the grade they took for me because I passed my algebra class but I never finished all of the modules. I needed to complete 4 modules to pass the class. But in order to take regular stats I needed to complete 8 modules. I completed 7 by the end of the semester. So I had to take 119S

What sucks is that I'm pretty sure I will be getting an A in Stats, but I got a B in Algebra. ? fml

Womp!!! LOL BUT! If god forbid you didn't get in , which you will ? this semester they will take your stats next time you apply
