Bristol Community College (BCC) Nursing 2019

Hello everyone! I am creating this forum in hopes to connect with other pre-nursing students who will be applying into BCC's program for fall of 2019! What are your grades and TEAS scores? Also, current/former students, do you have any advice or insight on the program?

I still haven't received my letter. In degreeworks the catalog year changed to 2019-2020.

I was hoping mine hadn't changed, because I have hold. But that's not the case. Only the one's who have been excepted have updated to 2019-2020.

I can't register for classes, I'm paying it off tomm. I believe the Nursing gig is over. Oh well.

It's just so defeating. Having to wait an entire year is the worst. Just seems crazy with how many applicants they have, they only have one application period per year.

@hflodin. Try applying 3 years in a row and 2 you were waitlisted for. There is nothing i can do more to get in. I have all A’s and a B. This process is beyond frustrating and i 100% this year feel defeated! Sooo much time and energy and because no one will give me a chance my dreams are crushed! I have cried for days! This was all i ever wanted and i thought this year would be my year! I did what the dean said i had to do and it still wasn’t good enough! ??

anyone receive letters yet or any kind of update? my degreeworks still says general studies health sciences. i have a 3.8 gpa with the classes theyre looking at. ?

@Desiraerose28 are all your sciences 3 years and under? 3.8 i would think you should have been in! Did u choose ehealth or traditional? I still have yet to get a letter but i am not home to check todays mail yet! I have a 3.7 gpa and last year was waitlisted with a lower gpa so not sure why your not in with a 3.8

yes! they alll are. i put traditional, with e-health as my second choice. maybe theyre still looking at them. i emailed admissions and they told me nursing decisions are being processed and will be notified to us by saturday or monday. im freaking out cause my degreeworks hasnt changed
