Hi everyone,

I created this thread to see if anyone else has applied for JTCC fall 2022 nursing program and wanted to kind of just compare notes. I have a 3.69 GPA and got a 73.3 on my TEAS so I'm a little nervous!

I think JTCC goes off TEAS scores more than anything. Are you taking A&P 1 or 2 this semester?

I finished all pre-reqs & also did some courses in the nursing program like ENG 112 & BIO 142. So whenever I got in, I wanted to make the work load easier & just mainly focus on the nursing courses. I am a PCT working at a BON Secours hospital, taking in as much of the nursing environment that I can. I seen on the application about Certifications & hopefully that helps my acceptance process but yeah, also heard mainly TEAS scores are looked at.

I'm taking A&P I right now along with Micro. I'll take II this Summer. After that I'll have all the coreqs done as well.

oh okay! I’m finished with all of my pre-reqs and currently in A&P 2 and Ethics, will be taking Micro in the Summer. I work at Sheltering Arms Institute in Short Pump and have been a CNA for 10 years so I’m definitely ready to move up the healthcare ladder!
