BRCC NURSING 2016

Published

Is there anyone applying to BRCC's nursing program for Fall 2016? I would like to talk to people who are so I don't feel so lonely.

Yep, last Wednesday. Got the grades I wanted--all A's :)

good luck in A&P 2

Wow you got all As. Man it's super competitive this year. I'm sure you are definitely in. Congrats!

have you taken A&P 2 yet?

No, and depending on what I hear back from the nursing department I'll either be taking it next semester or I'll have to take it in nursing school

Yeah I'm taking it to get it out of the way. They recommend not taking it with nursing classes.

But I'm praying I get in! I sure do hope so. It's almost that time.

I'm so nervous. This wait is killing me.

I was going to take A&P 2 this summer but the class is $703 and I support my own self financially--wouldn't be possible to work enough hours, do well in the class, and have it all paid off by the deadline. So it would be nice to get in for January so I will have time to finish that class and stats before I start, but I'll figure it out whatever happens

Yeah I understand where you are coming from. I'm supporting myself as well. Do what ever best works for you.

If only they allowed for summer class payment plans to roll over into the full semester, that would be a game changer. Lol. Oh well

Hi everyone! I've also applied for the nursing program this semester. I have taken all of my classes at Brcc and have a gpa of a 3.8 and a 92 on my hesi. Hopefully that's good enough to get in! Looking forward to meeting everyone!!

For real though!!! But enjoy your summer! Im sure you are in! Nursing school is going to be tough but I think if we form a strong study group we can hold each other accountable and encourage each other.

I know! I have plenty of friends that went through nursing school and everyone says the same thing...study groups are key to passing!! Hope your enjoying your summer as well

You've got a great chance of getting in with those competitive scores. I ended up with a 3.8 after this semester too. Study groups sound like a useful resource
