Brain Lab Vs. Stealth

Our hospital is looking at changing our computer image guidance sysem for our neuro cases. Would anyone like to share advice on the brainlab system vs. the stealth system? We currently have the stealth, but we are either going to upgrade the system or change to brainlab.
