I drew BP on my state exam, it took me a little bit of searching around to find the persons brachial pulse but just remember to fully extend their arm and its slightly medial from the center of the joint. Practice on your self and on a friend or family member. Once you find the brachial pulse line the cuff an inch and a half above the brachial pulse and put your stethospope one the brachial. Pump up to 180 or so and then slowly let it out while listening. If you aren't quite sure when you hear the heart rate dont be afraid to try it again to double check and then once you have it write it down.
Try to not worry too much about it you can be off by a few pts and still pass.
Good luck, Im sure you will do great!

Definitely make sure you find the actual pulse point first and then also make sure the stethoscope isn't bumping into the cuff or tubing as that will make it harder to distinguish the pulse. Like Barleynhops said, practice on yourself and friends and eventually you'll get the hang of it!
