Boswell or Banner Hospital Scottsdale

Boswell Hospital in Sun city or Banner hospital in Scottsdale-does anybody know these hospitals or their reputation? I am in active talks with recruiters from both hospitals and I am contemplating my position. I live in Carefree so the travel would be less to the Boswell hospital-about 12 miles less.

I would be grateful for any information.

Also does anybody recommend a hospital who treats staff well in the North Phx area?

Where is there a Banner hospital in Scottsdale? Are you thinking Scottsdale Healthcare at Shea? I haven't heard anything about Boswell, but I did do my clinicals at Banner Thunderbird in Glendale and really enjoyed it. Most of the nurses were pretty nice and the facility is really clean. My friend works for Banner Desert and really loves it there, she's a PCA and plans on staying there when she graduates next year.

There is no Banner hospital in Scottsdale.

Banner has a psych facility in Scottsdale. don't know much about it. But Shea Healthcare at Scottsdale is the pitts to work for. I worked there 4 months and was let go because "I was not a perfect fit." My work skills were fine, no complaints there, just sometimes people are not perfect fits I was told. I was devastated. They are very clicky there. Beware of them if you are just plain and not young.
