Hey everyone!
Just wondering if there are any good books that anyone recommends for the new graduate NICU nurse? Thanks for suggestions!!

At the top of the neonatal discussion page is a sticky note that reads "start here important". The first link on that post is a reading list.
Enjoy!

Thanks a bunch! I am not new to the NICU but new to the RN role and I am a person that wants to know the whys and whynots, not just that that's how it's done! We have a lot of nurses that I work with that cannot tell me a good explanation for why we do certain things with certain babies other than that's how that particular neo wants it done. I'm not satisfied with that answer. Any help I can find is appreciated! :)

I myself love S Gardner's Handbook of Neonatal Intensive Care.
