Brand new Merenstien and Gardner, 5th edition came out this spring. Those are the authors. And a couple of highlighters--your choice of colors.
IMHO--nothing can beat that one for BASIC NICU knowledge. also join either NANN or Academy of Neonatal Nursing (better deal) and read the journal ("Neonatal Network").
After that, you'll know what more you need. A Neofax (neonatal drug reference) might be good, too.

I am starting a new grad program in the NICU. Are there any books out there that you guys recommend me buy to help in my transition from SN to RN? I've heard there are some good neonatal books out there, but don't know any titles.
