Has anyone ever been in their consent order and received another BON complaint after that was in effect? For example, mine started January 23, 2023, and received another complaint from the facility where I had worked for January 22, 2023. I was let go from that facility because I didn't tell them soon enough about the consent order. They had state show up for something else so it is common practice to run all nurses license again. So they ran it and found the probationary reprimand. I hadn't had the opportunity to talk to the DON yet. I just wonder what will happen if they made a diversion complaint after that consent order is in place. Because to me that seems like a bad, bad thing. It can't be good. I'm worried that will just suspend my license.

You had another complaint for diversion from that facility or their complaint was that you were practicing without telling them about the probation? Probably varies by state but I doubt anything will happen if you're already in a program. I had 3 complaints and nothing changed. 🙈

They fired me because I didn't tell them about the probationary license in effect. That didn't go to the board. But after all that they made an actual complaint to the board about possible diversion. But the consent order (probationary lenses) was in effect already. I didn't know if they could add more rules or stipulations to your current consent order - like an amendment with something added. Longer time or more things to do etc. Or if it could get my license suspended altogether since it was another added complaint. But yeh I'm sure every state is different too
