BOARD OF NURSING

I have been reported to the BON. I am a new nurse and I am wondering what will happen. It is in regards to a patient care that they are saying I violated. Has anyone been down this path? I have nursing insurance and will cover a lawyer. I am just wondering the process and what to expect. It is in the state of Texas. Please help me with information and please be kind. I am not looking for judgement

So sorry to hear this is happening to you. Advice wise - keep a low profile and DO NOT DISCLOSE any info on social media or with family, coworkers or acquaintences. Your lawyer will tell you this.
