Hello! I have 1 year of tele experience, and looking to make the exciting transition to BMT. Although I have been preparing behind the scenes, I am very new to BMT and looking for all the advice I can get. I have an interview this Friday!

What interview questions should I specifically prepare for (beyond the usual)?  What questions should I ask the nurse manager?

What is the most challenging part about your job as a BMT nurse?
