BMCC Spring 2022

Published

Hi guys,

I am applying to the nursing program at bmcc for the Spring semester. I finished all my pre-reg except micro bio which I will be taking this fall. I am not sure if  I should apply for the day program or evening program, and was wondering if one is more competitive than the other. Also if anyone has any tips on how/what to study for the HESI I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Im looking to apply for Spring 2022 and was wondering the same information, if anyone can help :-) I did all my PCI and have a 4.0, will be taking the HESI in December.

Hi did you guys already apply with the checklist do you know how long does it take to hear back from the advisor after submitting checklist and transcript ? so the HESI will be in dec right not on nov?

Hi Tiffany, not yet. I think you can start applying at the end of august till maybe nov 15th, and the HESI will be in december.

I sent my checklist in, it’s under review and I have a 3.7 GPA.

that's great! I didn't know they were already taking application. Thank you!

Does anyone know if we have to get vaccinated?

I submitted my checklist on august 11th and I was told the advisor will get back to me when she starts reviewing checklists.

does anybody withdraw bio 425 I just had Covid and some family issues so I withdraw and retake it in the following semester ?

do you think that will make it eligible to take exam or not I am so scared that they will denied me to take the entry exam

You would have to finish 425 before applying. To my understanding you have to have a grade in the system for the PCI completion according to my advisor

I hope you feel better soon and the family issue will resolve soon...

Anyone else submitted a checklist yet?? I'm just very anxious on when we will begin to hear back

I submitted my checklist already too. I emailed the nursing advisor and she said that I could submit it. I submitted it via my personal and student email just in case. What was your PCI?

My PCI is 3.8. I did too with personal and student email, she only replied with student email regarding that she recieved it and will get back to me.
