bls id/number?

Hi,

Does anyone know if on the online applications requesting an id/number if they are asking for the instructor's number or the Training center ID number? Or is this just a book that people fill out if they are instructors for BLS? Thanks!

Usually it is a generic certification form that you can throw in other licenses and certs that actually use the ID number like my paramedic certification and license (one state certs and the other licenses me). When I use my BLS instructor card, I list it separate and I don't bother throwing in my ID number.
