Im new to this. I wanted to know who is applying for Bloomfield College Nursing program for the fall. What is your GPA and Teas score. Also if you guys have any info on thr program that you want to share please let me know :)

hi, I am new to this also. I am trying to get into the nursing program at Bloomfield this fall too. I am a transfer student and for now my GPA is 3.21 and scored a 75.3 on the TEAS. I am really stressed what about you?

Finally someone responds lol. I think you deff have a great chance of getting in. To be considered a 58.7 is needed with a gpa of 2.5 for higher chances of getting in 3.0 GPA and 70 and higher on the teas which is exactly what I received. So Im very nervous and stressed. If I'm not mistaken, people should be finding out the middle of next week. Have you heard anything about it? have you spoken to people that are in the program or others that are tying to get in too? I wish I knew how the applicant pool is looking as far as gpa and teas scores.

I rather wait for their call. I thought we were supposed to find out by the 15th but the other day I went to an advisor and she said they start calling people on the 20rh and when I asked people at the nursing division, they said by the 15th. It's really confusing; i read posts from previous years and people said they found out before the 15th so i checked my webadvisor everyday lol. I did speak to people that are in the program and they said its very stressful but "doable" . I heard we need to score a 74 average on the tests and clinicals otherwise you will fail the semester and you'll have to wait till next year to take the class again. Some say it's fun but there are a lot of lectures..

Have you completed your sciences?

What scores have you heard with the teas? Ivr heard people in the high 60s although I did here from an advisor that someone scored a 75 (It was probably you lol)

Yes I heard about getting a 74 and higher in order to pass.

I did so much reading on the program and I did hear people being called on or around the 15th and some finding out through webadvisor few days before the 15th. Maybe the process has changed (I hope not the pressure of waiting is too much lol)

I guess i cant private msg you its easier for me to contsct through my personal email than the website as I dont check the site often.

But I do feel you have a very high chance of getting in. The lady I took the test with scored a 64 on her teas but her GPA is a 3.9 (Im sure shes in)

I check webadvisor everyday as well! Kind of stalking them really lol

I am done with all my sciences except microbiology. From what I heard a lot of people scored in the 70 (Don't know if its true) and 81 (again I don't know if it's true). I hope they don't change the process cause as you said it is really stressful.

Thanks for the feeling but I think you are getting in also because you have a great score on the Teas and your GPA met the requirements. I now the wait is long but lets pray the decisios come out very soon

Really 70s and an 81 those are great scores that bumps my score... its very competitive this go round...

Okay, cool I was able to transfer my sciences over... so all I have left to take is statistics í ½í¸©

Come next week my anxiety will be on 100 lol. It would be nice if people knew about these forums. I think talking to other prospective nursing students would make the wait so much better (for some).

If you receive an email a call or alert or something anything lol please let me know. Also any new info you get im all ears to hear.

For statistics take prof (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) he is an easy A trust me you wont regret it at all.

I think some people know about it' they just read and do not comment. I tried not to stress otherwise I will go crazy.

A girl I know told me she received an email that says she cant get into the program this fall because she hasn't met the requirements.

Did you apply to another school in case? I haven't

I will definitely let you know as soon as something comes out.

I am praying also/ In the meantime, try to enjoy your summer :)

Yes like ive been going crazy lol. Just an emotional rollercoaster. Ive been waiting for this for a while!

Aww man, I wonder what she was missing. My advisor told me a lot of people dont get into the program for that very reason (not meeting requirements)

No, I dont have a full plan B, Bloomfield College is my first pick.
