Beware of Review for Nurses

I just want to warn everyone of this company. They sell NCLEX prep couses but they DO NOT answer their phone. And when you email they reply that they will take care of it and never do.

I purchased the program and was unable to download some of the videos. I received the following error, "404 Not Found error." I contacted them and they reply back right away and said they would reset it. They never did and I continued to email and got no response.

Then I tried calling their number and again no response. So I posted on their Facebook page and within second that got their attention. They replied they would reset it and deleted my post. Well it is more then a matter of resetting it because I am still getting the error "404 Not Found error." I replied back and still no answer. Their web site states they respond to emails in 48 hours but I did not think that meant 48 hours each time I sent an email with the same issue.

And they can keep resetting it but they need to do something different so I don't get the error message. Resetting it will not help!

I am getting extremely frustrated. If anyone has any insight on how to deal with this company please assist. I am at my wits end.

No they are real. I was able to download med surge, psych, and maternity. I just could not download all the pediatrics videos.

I caused such a stink on their FB page that they finally did fix it and get back to me. But they would say it is fixed and it wasn't and when I responded that it wasn't they would not respond back. And then you wait another 48 hours.

I wanted to delete this post because I don't want to ruin their reputation but I couldn't figure out how.

My gripe was not that the link was not working. My biggest gripe was their communication issues. I was so frustrated. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone after 4 hours and she was so rude. She said the only way to communicate with the company is email that the phone number was not for these issues and then she hung up on me.

Argh! All the communication was a nightmare. Links not working is fine if the communication is good. Customer service is so important these days. In this economy you will not survive with extremely bad customer service. I was so frustrated that I called my credit card company to disput the charge. I have NEVER done that ever but I was at a complete loss.

Anyway I have all the videos now. Now I NEVER have to deal with their customer service again!
