Best State for New Grad

I was just wondering which states have been pretty good to new grads. I am married and I am a mom so I would like to get to know my options now. I currently live in Florida and I know that the pay is generally lower but we have a lower cost of living to match the pay. I just want to know what has everyone's experience been.
