I've heard a few nurses say good things about Tampa General and it is a magnet facility. I think a Magnet facility is a good way to go. But it is not a guarantee. You have to go and get a feel for the area where you'll be working to see if it a good fit. See the link to Magnet facilities you can check out ones in your area as well and compare what hospitals you know have a good reputation and see what qualifies a facility to be a magnet. I was wondering where is the best place to be a RN. I heard alot of people say that texas is a good place for nursing. I live in VA Im willing to relocate if it is worth it anyone have any suggestions?
