If you are not required to take any of the courses listed and this is just by choice, I would suggest Nutrition. I've had several nursing students tell me that they had to re-study their notes from previous nutrition courses as a very large part of their clinical experience was devoted to educating patients about the appropriate diet that they were to go home and implement per the orders of the MD. Many students I talk to say that they wished they had kept their Nutrition textbooks for reference, as well.
Good luck!
It depends on the school and program you are attending, hoping to attend. At my school, chem was a prereq for AP and Micro so I had to take that first and now I am taking Nutrition and Stats towards a BSN for the future. Check the requirements of your school.
Good luck!
I have already completed all of my pre-req's but have time to take an extra class so wanted to make the most of it.
