Best OC Hospital - The good/ bad/ ugly

Hi everyone. I am looking into the best hospital for labor and delivery as an RN. I am currently working in LA and plan to move very soon to the OC. What are your experiences: the good, the bad, the ugly. 
 

things to consider: 

pay/ benefits/ culture
