Best Nurse Organization to Join

Hi,

I'm looking for an innovative nursing organization that's up to date on evidence-based research, pharmaceutical recalls, etc. I'm willing to pay and the organization doesn't have to be cookie-cutter. In fact the more raw the research, the better. It doesn't have to be government based either, but I'd like to join a government based one too.

If you could share the knowledge, it would mean the world to me.

There's always your specialty organization- usually there are local chapters that should have meetings somewhat near you. My specialty organization rotates its meetings between my county and the two neighboring counties, both within an hour or less drive.
