Best NICU in Houston, TX

Hello!

I currently have 1 year of Level II NICU experience but am having such a hard time deciding which Level III/IV NICU in Houston is best.

I am also interested to know which hospital has the best benefits for a nurse.

Definitely look into the Texas Women's Hospital as they specialize in services such as neonatology. Methodist and Texas Children's also amazing, highly reputable hospitals to check out, Memorial Hermann I believe provides a lot of benefits (more so than other hospitals mentioned) and I have personally shadowed in their NICU and it is great! Started me on my road to be a nurse
