Best next step....prereqs completed at CPCC

To make a long story short, I have already gone to school to be a medical assistant and nurse Aide. I am on track to becoming an RN. My long term goal is to be a midwife. I'm trying to find out the best next step. I'm studying for my TEAS, but it looks like TEAS is only needed at CPCC? Is that true? Should I shoot for UNCC or CCHS, or just pray I score high enough on the test and get an associates from CPCC?
