best NCLEX study book for UK nurse

I have heard that Saunders is the best book to go for but I need to get all the UK/US differences sorted aswell, such as the different names for various health professionals, drug name differences etc. Does the saunders book cover these?

Also I am starting to review my text books from my nursing degree just as a refresher for anatomy and physiogy and nursing practice, however i no longer have any of my paeds, mental health,community and obstetrics materials, are the basics for these areas reviewd in the study guides or do i need to source some general nursing books in these areas to study from.

I am planing on reviewing my own texts whilst i apply for my CES, then if I have enough hours in to apply then I will start doing my NCLEX studying whilst I wait for my ATT
