Best inserts for high arches

I've noticed several people post asking for good inserts. As an avid runner with high arches, I always need supportive shoes & inserts. I will only buy New Balance shoes with the extra support then use inserts from yoursole.com The specific pair I've used for the last two years are the Softec Ultra. Long days on my feet in clinical & on the hospital (I work as a PCT on a busy floor) floor would kill my feel if I didn't use both of these. I haven't had any issues to date, including no PAIN! You should get new inserts & shoes every 3 to 6 months depending on usage. Best to rotate at least 2 pairs at a time daily designated for work or running if you run. The support & cushioning systems need 24 hours to rest & regenerate. This allows you to lengthen the life of the shoes. It gets expensive I know but it's worth it. Also, don't wear the shoes you work or run in for anything other than working or running.
