Best Hospital to Work in San Antonio

Which is the best hospital to work at in San Antonio? I am moving to the SA area in the near future and would like to know who gets paid the most, best benefits, best vacation time, etc. If possible, please include the average pay for full-time (with benefits) RNs in your hospital. I got a couple offers at Baptist and the VA. Let me know what you think.
