Best experience for future educator

After some reflection, I think I will look ahead to a masters degree and a future in education. I don't know what capacity I would like to teach in, but I would prefer to simply have lots of mobility. (Not to job hop , but I don't like to get locked into things either.) Ive had 7 years of experience, including long term care, acute neuro rehab, and now neuro step down. I will probably stay in this unit while I finish my bachelors and then go for a part time masters in education program while I Keep working. will take any preceptor and teaching opportunities along the journey. In the future, which areas do you think will give me the best experience to be an educator and give me the largest mobility? Better to become leader in one area or better to change units, or be a float? I'm interested to hear the experiences of current educators as well. I have many interests but a few definite non- interests.
