I passed NCLEX-RN with 75 questions using Saunders. I did 100 questions/daily reading the rationales of the ones I got right and wrong. I also used Suzanne4's 1st tip first. I noticed that the questions from Saunders book and CD were asked on the board exam, not same format but the same information. I also bought Kaplan's 08-09 strategy book and it helped a little, but the bulk of my studying was from Saunders. The rationales make it the key to passing boards. I did over 3000Q from the CD alone. I noticed that many are looking for similar questions to the NCLEX. It's true, Kaplan's questions are similar, but that simularity will get you no where if you don't understand the information. I hope this helps.
Thank you for responding. I have done Suzanne's first tip although I do not have 45 days for her program. I am going to focus primarily on Saunders and I also have the brookstore Kaplan book. I'm just hoping that this will solve whatever my problem was in failing the first time...I can't do this again

what study book or course did you find has questions that closely resemble the NCLEX exam questions? I am curious because I took Kaplan and failed my exam the first time a couple of weeks ago.
I have a ton of books and CD's to do questions from but I don't want to waste my time on questions that are easier and not at all close to NCLEX questions. I need help and advice. Please share your thoughts as I would be grateful for any and all input. I retest again the first week of September.
Thank you!
