Hello, I'm creating this thread for anyone applying for Fall 2021 at Bergen Community College. Please share tips or info about TEAS and the program, so we can help each other.

because 2 days ago I took a practice test from the ATI website and my score was so bad, but I've been studying for 3 months. I'm hoping the exam is not like that...

I understand, I did worse on the practice exams then the actual test itself! Just strengthen what weakness you had on the practice test and you will do fine ?

I would make sure to know some scientific reasoning, Chemistry (balancing equations) and I had endocrine, cardiovascular, skeletal, urinary system questions on my test. Also for math: know the basics like percents, decimals, area, ratios, proportions and I had a Roman numerals question so that might be good to know as well!

I’m so bummed. I just took my TEAS and I didn’t get even close to the score I wanted. I got a 68 and I only have a 3.0 GPA. I’m so upset. I felt like the math section flew by I couldn’t even get to the last 10 questions. I don’t know if I should try to retake it before the 26 because I think that’s the deadline date to take it ?

As far as I know, you can retake the test in 30 days only.

Ugh I feel your struggle, it's still worth applying, your score and GPA could be better than someone else's. Did you take it proctored at home? What is it like because I've never been proctored before haha

I've already applied, I guess they’ll start choosing by April. I just don’t know if I take it a week from now will I improve much? And if my score is worse next time will they count the better score? 
 

I've never been proctored before either. It just shows that you and your screen are being recorded. The calculator on the screen is annoying. But overall it wasn’t terrible I just wish I was able to finish the math section and get a better score. That’s a way lower score than I anticipated ?

The admission office said, they only allow one TEAS exam. I asked that how many times I can take the exam. I wanted to schedule 2 exams a week apart, but they say I can't. You should contact the office about it. Good luck!

The minimum time interval between two consecutive attempts should be 30 days. Hence, you cannot reappear for the test within a period of one month of your last attempt.

Unfortunately, I talked to the Dean to ask these if we can submit a second & higher score. But she said they only allow you to take the test once and they accept one score ?

Ugh yeah I just read that in the email ? only time will tell now.
