Bendy Bumpers

:banghead:We use Children's Medical Ventures Bendy Bumpers, but are having a problem with them breaking after a short period of useage. It is only with the large size in which the rod is breaking. The company tells us that no one else has this problem. Is anyone else dealing with this issue? They are too expensive for us to have to replace them after 6 months of use. Does anyone have any advice?

    The product typically has a lead core which will break if bent too hard, such as when trying to store them in a folded position. Our unit has had several break because of this and now we store them straight out and have not had additional problems.
