I just got my letter of acceptance and I am so excited and nervous at the same time! I turned in all of my information on July 9th and I just recieved my acceptance letter yeseterday (it took 8 weeks exactly)! So, hold out a little longer and you should hear back soon! Good luck, I hope to see you there!
Well... I am not really sure, but the application asked for volunteer work, and there were 4 essay questions (they were pretty short) This is usually just to get a feel for your writing skills and who you are. It sounds like if you did good in your prereqs that is good, the website doesn't give a specific GPA for the undergrad just the prereqs (3.0) If you want to apply to this coming January I would get your stuff turn in ASAP, I turned mine in when it opened in July 2010 and it took about 8 weeks to get my decsion. Hope this helps, I am not an expert I am just giving an educated guess as to what they might be looking for.
Thanks alot...I made all A's in all my pre-req , but my overall (Undergrad) GPA is some where around 3.2-3.3..So what do you think they're actually looking for?
It is hard to say what they are exactly looking for, but it seems like you are in the same boat I was in and I got accepted. I would second the notion of turning it in ASAP. I dropped my stuff off on July 1st (I live like 4 blocks from campus so it was easier than mailing) and I heard back in the middle of last week. I think now that they got the ball rolling you should expect to hear back in 4-6 weeks like the site says.
Anyone out there apply to Belmont's Accelerated BSN for Fall 2011???? Just wondering if you all got in your apps, recs, and transcripts and all that already. Just waiting for my transcripts to reach Belmont this week then I'm all set--hope its not too late I emailed and adviser and she said that generally after this past week they are on a wait-list only basis. =(

Just wondering if anyone out there has applied to Belmont's Spring 2011 Accelerated BSN program? Have you guys heard back yet? It's been over the 4-6 week period and I'm starting to get even more nervous than before.
