Hi Sleepysunflower! Thank you for starting up this thread. I finished up my application a few days back and am sitting at about 14 points. I've also applied to the Seattle Colleges, but BC is definitely my first choice. Are you applying to any other programs aside from BC's?
Hi there!
I also have 14 points, I'm just getting a few more documents together before I submit my application. I was going to apply to Seattle college's program, but I'm afraid the transcript evaluations won't be completed in time. BC is my first choice though and I think 14 should be enough to get in!
This is my first time applying, how about you? Best of luck!
I was also a little worried about the transcript eval, but it only ended up taking about two weeks. It's worth a try if you want to have a back up program, but with 14 points I think you'll be pretty competitive for BC!
This is also my first time applying, fingers crossed we get good news come October!

Hi! I have 13 points with a 3.85 science GPA, 83 TEAS, and 3.74 prereq GPA. I know the average is usually 14 and I'm trying to make myself feel better by telling myself average means there's below and above as well but I'm not sure...Highline CC has the same prereqs but chooses 28 students randomly so I'm applying there for last choice.

Hey! Is this your first time applying? I know students from previous quarters who got in with 13 points, so don't stress too much! Also you have an amazing GPA, which is what they will look at if you are tied with someone else with 13 points. Much better than my GPA, which is a 3.6 science and 3.61 cumulative. I made up for it by killing the TEAS and Writeplacer and getting full points there.

This is my second time but technically first because the first time my application was disqualified for an out of date immunization. I only got a 5 on the writeplacer but that’s still full points so hopefully I’m set. Thank you for the input! I wish they had a facebook page or something for nursing students in the area to get more advice.
Hey guys, I got an email from the program today stating the following:
"This is just a friendly reminder that the Bellevue College - Associate Degree Nursing Winter 2021 application must be turned in today, 9/21/2020, by 8:59pm Pacific Time.
Please make sure that all of your necessary documentation is attached. After submission, you should make sure that your application status is "Complete" or "Verified". If your application has a status of "Received" or "Undelivered", you are missing a part of your application or there was an error. In many cases, this is because an applicant did not attach unofficial transcripts or failed to report a previous school. For more information about application statuses, please read this NursingCAS help article, and direct any questions/concerns about incomplete applications to NursingCAS."
My application only says "received" though and I'm kinda freaking out. What does it say for you? Does it take time for the college to go through and verify it is "complete?"
Hey guys! Has anybody heard back yet?

I called and they said they’re “working” on getting emails out today
Thank you so much, appreciate the response! I've been freaking out a bit ?
Good luck!

Hi everyone!
Sorry for coming in out of nowhere, I actually got my acceptance letter last night! I definitely consider BC's ADN program over other ADN programs in the Tacoma-Seattle area since BC also offers an RN-BSN option which I am planning on pursuing after this program.
Has anyone else heard back yet?
