Hi. I would just like to ask, are all RNs from the Philippines required to take a Bridging Course before becoming reigstered in Australia, regardless of work experience? Or do Australian Nurse Authorities take work experience into consideration, and exempt some well-trained Filipino nurses from the Bridging Program?
Thanks

I am moving your thread to the International Forum where it is more appropriate. Each state in Victoria has their own specific requirements.
If you have at least two years of paid work experience, then usually the bridge program can be waived. It is going to depend on the state as well as the specific work experience that the RN has had.
There are many threads here listing the specifics of each state in Australia, please just do a search.
