Becoming an HHA

Hello. I have currently applied for a position as a Senior Caregiver. I was offered the position upon a completed background check. Received a call yesterday evening saying they ran into an issue with my MVR (drivers record) report and need me to call the office today. The only thing on my record is speeding ticket. Will that prevent me from obtaining the position? The first was was a bit over a year ago and the second ticket was back in July.

    Doubtful unless it was egregious and elevated to reckless driving. OR unless the position includes driving clients to appointments, grocery etc.
