Become RN in California

I have 3 year diploma in Nursing from India and Bachelor of nursing from Australia. Now has been working in Canada as  a RN for almost 13 Years. 

Now I am planning to take NCLEX-RN exam for California  next year. My question is do I  still need to take TOEFL test for to prove my English? If anyone please can help me, I would appreciate

Hi. There are some old postings here about applying to California. I think you should be OK with language proficiency since you studied in Australia. One thing to research is to see if you need SSN before doing NCLEX in Cali.
