Have you had difficulty finding employment not having the MSN?

Well, you aren't eligible to sit for ACNM boards unless you have a master's degree, so I am assuming you are asking if the Master's in Midwifery you get (through Phil U, which you do concurrently with the Baystate Program) is a hindrance as opposed to an MSN?
ALL the Baystate grads I know (and I know a LOT) have had jobs lined up before they even left the program, or shortly thereafter. I got my MSN before I started at Baystate, but I've never seen anyone have a problem with their master's in midwifery. I think there is one (maybe two??) states that explicitly require a master's in nursing to qualify for CNM licensure, so I would be sure to double check your state regs before deciding on a program.
I am near the end of my first semester at Baystate, and the program is incredible. I highly recommend it.

There are many nurse midwifery programs where graduates complete an MS degree. But there are a few states that specifically require an MSN for licensure. I think Oregon is one.

Yes I plan on going accelerated BSN> MSN> post masters CNM. Making sure to have the MSN to "cover all my bases" and I also want to specialize in caring for mothers & their children.
What is your MSN specialty?
How challenging was the application process?
How long do you think it will take you to complete the program?
