I also am excited to say that I'll start this June at BUMC! I got an ICU spot! I'm a little disappointed with the offer anount but mostly just grateful to have a job.

They asked me all scenario questions like tell me about a time when x happened and how you dealt with it.

Were yall internal candidates? During my phone screen they said there wasn't a single ICU position available for BUMC other than neuro ICU.

The hardest thing they asked me was what my most critical patient was but other than that the others were your typical scenario questions a time I regret a decision, a time I had a difficult patient, why I want ICU etc
