Starting this for those who applied to Baylor Nurse Residency Programs ❤️

Has anyone heard about scheduling interviews with managers from Baylor Waxahachie?

I am an internal applicant and it works exactly the same way for us. You can only be in consideration for one job at a time. thankfully I got the NICU job I wanted, but I have to drive 1hr away from home. BUMC already had 10 internal candidates lined up for NICU interviews when I applied so it wasnt an option for me. Just pick the least competitive location if you have the option to. You can easily transfer within the baylor system once you get your foot into the door.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the recruiter to get back to you after an interview ?

What number are the recruiters calling on? My phone goes straight to voicemail if it does not recognize the phone number so I fear they may have just passed me as an applicant if I did not answer. After applying do they send an email if interested or do they cold call?

I got an email from the recruiter and did not receive a call at all. Not sure if that's applicable to all units though.

Hi! Does anyone know how long we have to complete our drug screening after receiving an offer? I haven't gotten any update on that:(

I got an email first from a recruiter then we set up a phone interview. They should reach out to you via email first!

I got an email about booking a health appointment like 15 days before your start date. I believe they do the urine drug screen during that time.

Has anyone received an interview with managers at Baylor Waxahachie? The recruiter said invites would be sent out the first or second week of March, but to my knowledge no one has heard anything.

I have gotten interviews for the NICU at BUMC and All Saints but no offers. I now have an interview for the first week of April in the PCU at Grapevine. I'm an internal applicant and it's still very hard to get a residency at Baylor.
