Hey, I wanted to start this thread for all of us applying for any Baylor Scott & White locations to keep each other updated with responses and interviews. I applied for BUMC specifically.

@RG_RN hi! I’m hoping for an interview with mother/baby at all saints too! got the email to schedule one but then they filled up and haven’t heard about another schedule yet ? could you message me too!

At my other women’s services interview they asked, why women’s and what makes you a good candidate! Did you get an interview an interview at all saints?

No . I’m interviewing at McLanes on Wednesday , so I’m kind of nervous because I’m not great at interviews LOL .

Mostly situational questions like describe a time when you disagreed with a coworker and what did you do type of stuff. Also why you want to work there at that hospital and that unit.

Ooooo OK , not too bad . Some hospitals ask some hard questions and I’m like how do you want me to answer this LOL . But thanks !

It says I have to have 15 posts on this site before I can direct message ? I was in the expo and saw there’s 8spots for mom/baby. I wasn’t sure if that was total or what was left after Wednesday’s picks. Do you know if there is going to be another interview day? I would be shocked if they just have 1 day and only had 8 interviews. I really want to interview but have been offered from other hospitals and can’t keep them waiting either

I think everyone is confused bc people in my program have interviewed too and no one knows why it still says they have positions available ? What other hospitals/offers do you have?

So from your point of view you think the spots are all full? My recruiter wasn’t too helpful but said earlier this past week that there was going to be another interview day…

I’m just so confused ? my recruiter from a different location isn’t helpful either. so I guess I really don’t know. 

congrats!! working at THR was my first choice. what locations offered you? I wanted to work at alliance or HEB but I didn’t hear back at all ?

I mean they haven't called me back saying I got the job or not so who knows. At the expo they said they would see where they can open up more interview slots. Don't be totally discouraged!
