Hi guys! Just wanted to start this thread for anyone who will be applying or has already applied to BSWH! Good Luck! ?

Hi guys! I applied on 6/21 and got the digital interview invite about 30 minutes later. I did the interview on 6/26 and completed a phone interview on 7/8. I got an invite for in a person interview for BUMC MICU for this Thursday. 
 

I’ve heard that they start going through applications right when it opened up so for those who applied earlier might have a slightly faster process. Best of luck to you all!

Hey! I applied yesterday 7/20 and got an invite to digitally interview today 7/21. What kinds of questions can I expect on the digital interview? I’ve never done one before. I’m super excited!

They just asked why you want to be a nurse and your goals in 3-5 years. And why did you pick this unit and something about handling a difficult patient.

That doesn't sound too bad. Okay I definitely feel a little less nervous about everything

Hey goodluck! I interviewed today for MICU as well. Have you heard anything from them?

They had to move my interview to next week. How did it go?

Oh no…is it next Thursday? It was really good they were all super friendly! They said I was supposed to hear back from HR today but I’m assuming they won’t tell us until they interview everyone.

It’s next Tuesday! Did they ask mostly behavioral questions? I think they’ll tell you before interviewing everybody else cause I’ve heard they like to move fast.

Ahh! I seee well good luck! I asked and they said they had 20 positions available so hopefully I hear back from HR on Monday. But yes all behavioral questions.
