Wanted to start a thread for those interested in applying to Baylor nurse residency for this fall!

what kind of situational questions were they sorry I'm new to this and IDK what to expect

They called me and got disconnected. I tried to retrace back via IT team but no luck. WTH 😞

Did y'all notice on the website that right now there are only grapevine and other locations posted below the GN residency position? I wonder If they already are filling the positions or are taking them down as they reach out for interviews? Like it is only the first day apps went out....Maybe, I am overthinking

Anyone had phone interview after screening? How was it?

Has anyone had a video assessment? I had the phone screen and the next day I got an email that said "We have successfully received your video assessment! ". I never recieved an email about one or did a video assessment.

I emailed back but I have not recieved a response.

I got the same email! I think it was an automated reply and to my knowledge no one had a video assessment. I think it was just the automated phone screening they were talking about.

I only did the phone screening, no video assessment.

I got an email this week for a phone interview but they didn't tell me what unit my interview is for LOL. Did anyone else have that happen?

I called last week to reschedule my phone screening bc I wasn't available on my assigned date, but the virtual agent said I couldn't reschedule. I tried calling again today, but no one would pick up or call me. 

Has this happened to anyone? I wonder if it's only a one-time call

I think this might be for the recruiter interview. To my understanding this is not unit-specific but rather the last "pre-screen" before the hiring manager interviews (which are unit-specific).
