Best advice: start searching past threads and reading them for clues!! :)

Thanks for updating that positions were posted!

I actually went through an internship with Baylor not too long ago. I can't really remember the specific questions I was asked though. The recruiter who called to screen before offering an actual interview with a manager asked me a lot of the generic questions. Things like "why nursing" "how do you handle stressful situations/angry customers" "how do you manage your time" etc. My actual manager really just talked about the unit.

Thanks for that info!!!

Does Baylor have residency nurses sign a employment contract? Do you feel like the internship prepared you well for when you got out on your own?

I don't know if they are going to start doing contracts. They might since they are transitioning from Internships to Residencies. I think the time on the floor helped prepare me, but the class days were less helpful.

I am anxious in interview process. First time applying. Are they going to ask you some case patients questions? Or just more on about yourself type?

I wasn't asked any scenario type questions.

Anyone get a response back regarding their application? Just wondering when they will be getting started with phone screens etc.

I got an email for a video interview!
