It's definitely a struggle in the Bay -- I feel like the rush of the pandemic has gone, and the Bay area hospitals have become picky again. I ended up applying to smaller community hospitals in the central valley with hopes to just build enough experience to transition back out to the Bay eventually. I know re-locating isn't always possible though! Just wanting to say I'm rooting for you!

Hi everyone. I graduated a few months ago but have no luck with getting into a new grad program. I would really like some tips or advice for interviews and ways I can become a stronger candidate. Also it would be great if you can share any new grad positions or programs I can apply to right now since most Spring programs have closed by now.
