Anyone waiting for an interview invitation for the CRNA class at Barry University that starts
January 2014?
"I wonder how many people they accept into the program vs the number of people who interview... To have approx 30 people per interview session seems like alot! I hope there is a chance for people in the July interview session!"
They remarked that "we" were a large group so I don't know if it's the norm.
they emailed me to let me know I was accepted and that I'll be getting the official letter in 2-3 weeks. The interview was all get to know you questions. No clinical questions at all. They just wanted to know why I chose Barry and why I want to be a CRNA. Questions like that. It was very laid back and they were really nice. Not intimidating at all.
Can anyone give any insight on the chemistry portion of the quiz given at the interview please. Thanks!!
The quiz was relatively easy if you have critical care/ED experience. I believe the chem portion of the quiz included naming compounds, identifying a chemical bond, those type of questions. Most of the questions were multiple choice so it's relatively easy to weed out 2 or 3 bad answers. There's really no way to study for this exam in my opinion. You either know it or you dont.
