Band 7 Interview

Hey Guys,

Wondering if anyone can help me.....

I've just found out (1930 last night as I start my night shift) that I have a an interview for a Band 7 secondment on Monday - yeh, this Monday as in the day after tomorrow!!! I was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas as to what sort of questions I may be asked?

I work in a Paeds Emergency Department and it will be with the current band 7 (who is being seconded elsewhere~) and the Matron. I've been told he interview will not be the standard Band 7 interview but all the same any ideas/suggestions?!?

Well I thought it went Ok - but didn't get the position. Apparantly my interview skills are rubbish lol, and another colleague interviewed better. All an experience I guess! Thanks

Sorry to hear that, but as you say you've had some experience at band 7 interviews so will help for the future.
