balancing work and school

So far I've managed to do well with school and 2 small children. It was rough at first but we've got a good schedule down. Now I can't make things work with work.... Here's my schedule: go to class wed. 4-8 study till 10 pm then work from 10-6 study till class at 9 am. Class from 9-noon. Then I go home and sleep till 8 pm and then get up, spend time with family, etc. toll

Sorry! On my phone! I go back to work at 10 pm. I do this every week and it is incredibly exhausting but I make it work. The problem is now my work wants to do twice monthly trainings at noon on Thursday....I've asked my boss if there is a way I could do it on,a different day because first of all I would be late and obviously I would be totally exhausted. I got notes from my teachers to show her and she basically doesn't care...I don't know what to do...I can't lose my job because right now its our families only income but also I can't skip class to sleep. I get so little sleep because I also have a nursing baby and those 8 hrs on Thursday usually turns into more like 4-5. I did stay up last week for the training and was so tired I ended up falling asleep at a red light. Obviously so little sleep is dangerous....
