Does anyone know what needs to be done if you are currently earning your lpn license in one state but plan on relocating to another state? Do you have to retake the entire course in the state you're relocating to?? Please let me know.
Thank you...

All states have reciprocity, that is if currently licensed in good standing, no disciplinary actions, you may apply for a license to practice in another state without taking courses or exam. You will have to pay that states licenesing fee.
