You know, it's really hard living in Michigan right now.

It seems like everyone is in a bad mood.

And I guess I'm no exception.

It is very stressful living here, but I guess all states are feeling the crunch right now. I can tell you that my optimism is way down lately.:scrying:

I'm instituting a "no grump" zone around me...I'm not watching the news, listening to talk radio, or engaging in bellyaching sessions with people. Even if I'm not happy, I'll fake it like I am!

I've been volunteering in the Oncology Infusion Room for the past 8 weeks, and I see my problems are pretty minimal compaired to others. :scrying:

It's my job to smile :anpom: I'm so lucky!

Yeah, it's pretty scary the way Michigan's economy is heading, but we can only move forward and support eachother as best we can. I am directly affected by the automotive industry and I am very concerned of what may happen, but I have my health, husband, and awesome kids and we will pull through this together.
