2 bad classes, 3 years to go. Should I worry about them?

I haven't even started an LPN program yet (I hope to get in next fall), so I still have 3-4? years worth of corse work to go before I can even apply for grad school.

I'm very confused. Why are you going into a LPN program? It will not help you and is just a waste of time. You need to go into a BSN program period. The courses you mentioned aren't even typically required for an RN program. Sounds like you need to talk to a nursing adviser at the university and make a plan. :idea:

Here's the full situation...

I had a rough start into college. I wanted to take a year off, but in order to keep health insurance through my parents I had to be a full time student. So...I took some classes not knowing what I eventually wanted to do to work toward a general associate science, I was working 50 hours a week (if I only knew then what I know now) and just really didn't care about school. That's where the generic classes come from. I was just wondering if I should try and retake them to raise my GPA or not even worry about them since I still have so much left to do?

The university in my area doesn't offer a nursing program. I am married with 3 kids and my husband is a state employee and family is here to help with my younger children while I go to school, so I can't exactly just pick up and move right now for a BSN and not even know whether or not I will get into CRNA school in that same area. The CC here offers an ADN, but you have to get the LPN certificate before you can apply to the ADN program. I was hoping to finish the BSN online through SIUE. If anyone has any info on the BSN online at SIUE it would be greatly appreciated.
