Backpack Advice

Nurses Uniform/Gear

I start nursing school in September and was looking for backpack advice. Some of the students on campus have regular but large backpacks and others have rolling backpacks.

Anyone out there do both? If not which did you chose and why?

Thanks!

I bit the bullet and went for a backpack since I'm beginning to commute everywhere by bike. I haven't started Nursing school yet so I can't give a reliable answer, but i'll figure out soon! I went for a backpack from a company called Banjo Brothers. http://www.banjobrothers.com/products/01150.php# The thing I like about is it has 2000cu inches of storage and it is weatherproof.

I would highly recommend a backpack from The North Face. While a bit on the pricey side, these backpacks are built to last!!!! They can withstand wear and tear. I have the North Face "Slingshot" packpack in a light blue color. It retails for about $58 or so but will literally last forever. It is ergonomically designed to provide the ultimate comfort. The straps are padded in a way that makes even the heaviest load seem easier to carry. I can not say enough about this backpack! I switched about a year ago from a Jansport backpack and immediately noticed the difference. I had so much succedd with the Northface that I actually just ordered their "Fixy" messenger bag so that I could have a smaller bag for clinicals. Best of luck on your search! :)

I bought a really nice Nike rolling backpack from ebags. A little pricey but it works great.
